Structured processes that ensures the required to get the project across the finish line are followed and documented.

Closeout enables organizations to create structured processes where groups of items and must occur in a certain order.

Closeout Items link to other Kahua application records, track external items and processes outside of Kahua and allow upload of supporting documentation.

Two primary sub-apps

  • Processes hold predefined Packages containing Items – tracked similar to submittals by status, due dates, responsibility, and revisions

  • Custom attributes & logic adapt to any process, and Processes can live at the project level or a higher parent partition
